We are delighted to learn that Trinity Winchester’s Bradbury View residential extension has been shortlisted for a UK Housing Award in the “Homelessness Project of the Year - South” category.

The award celebrates projects, initiatives and organisations working innovatively and collaboratively to prevent or relieve homelessness in their communities.

Bradbury View is a welcoming residential extension to Winchester charity Trinity’s day centre, creating much-needed apartments and communal facilities to help vulnerable people transition from homelessness. The sustainable, psychologically informed design provides a supportive environment to help transform lives.

The wellbeing-friendly accommodation supplements Trinity’s programme of activities, therapies and treatment. The project team worked collaboratively to ensure the delivery of a high-quality building suitable for the complex requirements of Trinity and its residents.

The awards ceremony will take place at The Point in Manchester on 25 November 2022.
