Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Arbitrator with over 30 years’ experience.
Adrian is a Senior Partner and member of the Executive Group, focused on business development and expanding our service offering and alternative procurement strategies. In recent years, Adrian has played a major part in securing key players to add value to existing disciplines and selecting acquisitions to enhance our discipline portfolio. He is also responsible for ensuring best practice service delivery and a consistent approach throughout all the Ridge offices.
Adrian has built up significant professional experience within Ridge, managing the services provided to many key clients for more than 30 years. His teams are currently working on a significant number of projects nationally and internationally, covering all sectors.
Executive Group and Partner, Project Management
Lead Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience.
Jolyon sits on the Executive Group and is Partner in charge of several Project Management Teams. He has built his teams by looking for a broad variety of skills sets, characters and backgrounds, and a desire among members constantly to learn and improve. This has helped Jolyon to create rich and diverse teams to support his clients.
Jolyon believes in excellence and going beyond the norm. His approach to project delivery is always to look from the client’s perspective and compile teams and offer innovative solutions to achieve the client’s business or educational goals. People deliver projects, and processes and procedures support great people.

Executive Group and Partner, Building Services Engineering
Chartered Building Services Engineer – BEng (Hons) CEng MCIBSE MIET with over 25 years’ experience in the industry.
Phil is Managing Partner for our Cambridge office and leads our Building Services Engineering discipline, which has over 100 engineers based across 10 locations.
Phil balances his managerial tasks while remaining resolutely client and project focused.
He is very active in our defence and security sector and leads projects with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the MOD and Boeing Defence. As well as supporting these major clients, he also leads regional projects with regional design teams.
Phil says, “at Ridge we have the best of all worlds. We are a big practice that allows us to work on major infrastructure and building projects with many of the UK’s best clients; however, we remain agile and grounded and can flex our approach to deliver the smallest of projects. Working and maintaining local relationships with our longstanding clients is so important to us, and throughout our period of growth our customer base has developed, but our customer-focused approach remains the same. Graham sits on the Executive Group and leads the Architecture discipline.
A member of the RIBA, and an ARB registered Architect with 25 years’ experience in the design and leadership of multidiscipline design teams delivering world class buildings across many building types and sectors in the UK and internationally. His specific interest is to pursue design excellence in integrated whole-life sustainable buildings and structures.
