Heading up our retrofit offering within the Building Surveying team, Neb will oversee retrofit projects nationwide.

Neb joins us from Equans, bringing a strong focus on decarbonisation and large-scale social housing regeneration projects. One of his most notable achievements was coordinating the retrofit for Birmingham City Council’s SHDF bid, one of the largest social housing decarbonisation projects in the country.  

His extensive experience with PAS 2035 projects—a British standard for retrofitting domestic dwellings for energy efficiency—positions him to play a pivotal role in achieving net zero carbon goals. 

Since joining us, Neb has been focusing on creating and implementing tailored retrofit strategies that significantly reduce carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency, and enhance living standards for clients and residents.
