Ridge has been successfully appointed to six lots on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Estate Management Services 2 framework, significantly expanding our ability to support public sector organisations across a broader spectrum of services.

Our successful appointments 

Ridge achieved a 100% success rate in our applications, securing positions on all the lots we pursued: 

Core Property Services: 

• Lot 3: Agency and Lease Management – Supporting organisations with property portfolio management and lease advisory services 

• Lot 4: Surveying and Strategic Advice – Delivering strategic property consultancy and surveying expertise 

PFI Specialist Services: 

• Lot 8a: PFI Technical and Strategic Advice Services – Providing technical guidance and strategic support for PFI projects 

• Lot 8b: PFI Surveying Services – Offering specialist surveying services for PFI estates 

• Lot 8c: PFI Fire Safety and Audit – Delivering fire safety compliance and audit services 

• Lot 8d: PFI Specialist Commercial and Financial Advice – Supporting commercial and financial decision-making 

What this means 

The framework provides public sector organisations with streamlined access to our expertise across agency, surveying, strategic advice, and the full spectrum of specialist PFI services. For Lots 4, 8a, 8b, 8c, and 8d, Ridge will benefit from the taxi rank system, ensuring we are approached for work in a fair, rotational order. This simplifies procurement for clients and accelerates project delivery.
