Mark offers 40 years’ industry experience in the built environment including over 20 years’ working at Ridge. He studied Architecture at Liverpool.

Mark is experienced in construction project management, design, engineering and contracting at Director level, and has successfully delivered major projects in F1, biotechnology, education and HQ office developments. Mark’s responsibilities include leading our CCS framework for Urban Regeneration and other key frameworks that support all sectors of the property industry.

Jolyon sits on the Executive Group and is Partner in charge of several Project Management Teams. He has built his teams by looking for a broad variety of skills sets, characters and backgrounds, and a desire among members constantly to learn and improve. This has helped Jolyon to create rich and diverse teams to support his clients.

Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with 30 years’ experience.

Richard is a Partner responsible for the management of Building Surveying Oxford, Health and Safety and Geo-Spatial teams at Ridge. He has extensive Property Management, Project Management and Lead Consultant experience within construction.

Richard has been the Framework Manager for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office / Crown Global Services and UKAEA providing senior contact for a wide scope of construction and property management. He brings over a decade of senior management experience.

Andrew is the Healthcare lead for Ridge, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, and is also a Partner within the Project Management team.  Andrew has led multiple projects of improvement across hospital Trust sites and redeveloped entire Trust sites also.

Andrew has delivered Healthcare schemes from feasibility stage to the completion of construction.  Andrew is experienced at managing both end users and contractors, he has experienced an array of healthcare schemes, such as wards, cancer care centres, critical care units, operating theaters, outpatient departments, maternity units, mental health hospitals, research hubs and offices.

He also offers expertise in developing policies, management plans, processes and procedures

Marc has been at Ridge for 19 years and manages a team of Building Surveyors within our London Office. 

He has a wealth of experience across a broad range of building surveying and project management duties.

He offers considerable expertise across many sectors including commercial offices, hotels, private development, education, healthcare and public sector works.

Chartered Civil and Structural engineer (BEng Hons, CEng MICE) with 20 years’ experience.

Andy’s broad range of UK and International experience ensures detailed technical solutions are coupled with sound commercial advice. 

At all stages of design Andy seeks to unlock the hidden value that can be found in every project. He leads teams on projects of all sizes and is a strong and committed player on the design team.

Matthew is a Chartered Building Surveyor in our Property Consultancy discipline and has over 15 years’ experience in the industry.

His experience spans all aspects of Building Surveying and the delivery of construction projects in local and central government, infrastructure, commercial, industrial, retail, and housing, adding strategic and management consultancy skills over the last 10 years.

Matthew has worked alongside numerous public and private sector organisations working with senior leaders, to develop and implement the strategic goals of their business.

Matthew has a track record in completing effective programme/project management, stakeholder engagement, contract and due diligence, planning and risk management from early concept through to implementation and business as usual.
