Paul is an enthusiastic and dedicated engineer who brings over 30 years of experience across many sectors of the construction industry. Paul is passionate about the environment and promotes low carbon and sustainable solutions to our clients. Paul has championed the growth of our sustainability offering within Ridge. He has a particular interest in education and public buildings. A notable high point of his career was heading the building services team that helped deliver the Mary Rose Museum.

Our teams at Ridge can help improve and enhance the learning environment by sharing our experience in providing flexible, tailored solutions to improve this ever-changing and improving education sector. We have supported bids to access government (and other) funding streams and undertaken complex master planning studies to optimise return on investment.
We benefit from a detailed understanding of the importance of integrating construction activities with the environment in which students and staff operate. While we design and manage complex projects within this challenging environment, we also appreciate that the students themselves are key stakeholders in the project, and that their needs are the priority.
