Paul is an enthusiastic and dedicated engineer who brings over 30 years of experience across many sectors of the construction industry. Paul is passionate about the environment and promotes low carbon and sustainable solutions to our clients. Paul has championed the growth of our sustainability offering within Ridge. He has a particular interest in education and public buildings. A notable high point of his career was heading the building services team that helped deliver the Mary Rose Museum.

We often undertake complex master planning studies designed to optimise return on investment, while unlocking development potential and securing planning consents.
We understand the critical nature of integrating construction activities with the sensitive learning and teaching environment and the importance of segregating the project and the school’s activities. We always ensure that the students and their needs are prioritised and we bring extensive experience designing and managing complex projects within this exacting environment.
We help improve every setting within independent schools by sharing our experience in flexible, tailored solutions. We have delivered a wide variety of facilities from sixth form centres to boarding houses, leading-edge science buildings, kitchen facilities, sports centres and general teaching space. We are committed to exploring whole life and lifecycle costings rather than just focusing on the capital cost of a project.
