Adrian is a Senior Partner and member of the Executive Group, focused on business development and expanding our service offering and alternative procurement strategies. In recent years, Adrian has played a major part in securing key players to add value to existing disciplines and selecting acquisitions to enhance our discipline portfolio. He is also responsible for ensuring best practice service delivery and a consistent approach throughout all the Ridge offices.

He offers expertise in advising clients on contract forms to suit their risk profile and project objectives including JCT and NEC forms as well as bespoke JV arrangements. David is one of the most experienced figures in the industry and has dedicated over 30 years of this career to Ridge, predominantly managing teams of surveyors. He is well versed in a wide range of market sectors, with his involvement spanning initial feasibilities to the settling of accounts. David is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
David provides in-depth expertise in Peer Reviews, Monitoring Services, Due Diligence and Construction Project Auditing. He has supported projects in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, ranging from under £1M to £4B in value.

Ian has a wealth of experience in design and build construction and has been heavily involved with projects demanding complex fit out and rapid fast-track procurement.
Ian is a trained Quantity Surveyor and has been responsible for contractors’ estimating departments and cost planning for a range of projects. More recently, he has focused on the project management of high-end residential properties.
Ian takes a proactive role in supporting graduates and apprentices and believes in developing young talent to support future growth.
Before joining Ridge, Ian was a Founding Partner of the Midlands office of Projex Building Solutions (acquired by Ridge in 2021). Prior to this he was Operations Director at AMEC Design and Management where he ran the Stratford and London offices with total responsibility for 450 design staff and 18 project managers.

Jackie is a Partner in one of the Cost Management teams in our London office and has over 20 years experience in the Construction Industry.
Jackie’s project experience includes project management, contract administration, procurement and cost management, across a range of public and private sector projects including healthcare, housing and education. Jackie has in-depth experience in all aspects of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties. She is directly involved with clients advising on the various aspects of projects from brief to delivery. Jackie has also been involved in partnering arrangements and participated in partnering workshops. Roles have included procurement advice, preparation of contract documentation and cost management, risk management and programming as well as stakeholder engagement.

James is a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor. His project expertise includes feasibility studies, cost planning, procurement advice, cost management and contract administration of both new build and alteration projects. Special interests include cost and risk management services for historic refurbishment and alteration projects.
Further expertise includes provision of cost management services using both JCT and NEC contracts within education, local government and healthcare frameworks.

Heading up one of the Cost Management teams, James has experience in a wide variety of Public and Private sector projects.
With over 30 years in the Construction industry, James has extensive experience in all aspects of construction work. Experience in building projects includes commercial and industrial development, educational establishments, residential and hotels, leisure facilities and project and exhibition works in museums and galleries. Previous experience has also included projects within the automotive industry and bespoke Measured Term Contracts for specific Client requirements.
James has gained considerable experience in working on projects in Listed Buildings primarily through the Museums and Galleries sectors but also office refurbishment and restoration. This has lead to being brought in to the Arts, Culture and Heritage sector team to develop Best Practice within the company in this sector.

Mark has over 30 years’ experience providing cost management services for multidiscipline projects in a wide range of client sectors including heritage, industrial, commercial and retail. Mark is a strong team player who is enthusiastic about customer care. His practical experience means he can maximise the benefits of fully integrated teams through collaborative working techniques, benchmarking continuous improvement and KPIs.
As Cost Manager Lead, Mark plays a key part in the successful delivery of a project, adding value in controlling the budget and making sure it is spent in the right areas to deliver the desired outcomes. He provides timely, accurate information to support informed decision-making, and offers extensive knowledge of framework agreements, partnering arrangements, term contracts, procurement strategies and the appointment of consultants and contractors.

Most recently, he was Joint Managing Director of Projex Building Solutions – acquired by Ridge in 2021 – where he ran its Midlands office and commercial team for over 12 years.
Nick prides himself on developing younger members within the team enabling them to have direct client access as soon as possible and coaching them through their professional accreditations.

Paul leads the Cost Management department of Ridge based in Manchester. Paul has vast experience in the Cost Management industry in a wide variety of sectors, including both public and private. He is very much a “hands on” Partner with a proactive/collaborative approach to working with all members of the design and construction teams. Paul has successfully delivered services on many construction projects in the North West and Wales. His areas of specialism include Quantity Surveying services, Employers Agent and Fund Monitoring. Paul’s strength is delivering complex projects from inception thought to completion and handover.

He has a passion for problem solving and the delivery of projects and provides Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Contract Administration, Cost Management and Development Monitoring services as well as being a key member of the Commercial Sector Group.

He is a results driven, self-motivated and resourceful quantity surveyor working as part of a busy team, effectively managing all costs relating to building projects. This role requires preparation and review of contract documentation, tender documents and project cost plans, identifying efficiencies where applicable whilst acting as a single point of contact for the client, project teams, and Partners.

As a Partner in Infrastructure at Ridge, Michelle leads strategic procurement and commercial activities, strengthens client relationships, and drives sector expansion. Her expertise in contract management, procurement strategy, and performance assurance plays a crucial role in enhancing Ridge’s infrastructure capabilities.
Before joining Ridge, Michelle spearheaded procurement strategies for high-profile projects, including East West Rail and HS2. She has also played a key role in developing procurement governance models and sustainable procurement practices.
