Matthew is a Chartered Building Surveyor in our Property Consultancy discipline and has over 15 years’ experience in the industry.
His experience spans all aspects of Building Surveying and the delivery of construction projects in local and central government, infrastructure, commercial, industrial, retail, and housing, adding strategic and management consultancy skills over the last 10 years.
Matthew has worked alongside numerous public and private sector organisations working with senior leaders, to develop and implement the strategic goals of their business.
Matthew has a track record in completing effective programme/project management, stakeholder engagement, contract and due diligence, planning and risk management from early concept through to implementation and business as usual.

Kevin is a strategic asset management leader with over 20 years’ experience in the affordable housing sector, including the last two years as a Partner in Property Consultancy with Ridge. He combines deep operational understanding with consultancy rigour, advising housing providers and local authorities on asset strategy, compliance assurance, stock intelligence, and service transformation.
Having worked client-side in senior leadership roles before moving into consultancy, Kevin understands both the strategic pressures and delivery realities facing landlords today. He has led complex service reviews, developed asset management strategies, and delivered large-scale stock condition and compliance programmes nationally.
Kevin is known for translating complex technical and regulatory issues into clear, actionable strategies that improve governance, investment planning, and resident outcomes.
