Our role and services
The planning team at Ridge led the project from its conception through to the permissions being granted. Initially the land had to be released from the green belt and then planning permission was obtained for the contemporary building.
The planning team were also responsible for the redevelopment of the BMW former site in Kingsditch Trading Estate on Tewkesbury Road.
Outcomes
- Planning permission was granted for the flagship BMW dealership showroom in Cheltenham.
- New jobs were created.
