Measured Term Contract with Scion Technical Services Ltd for the undertaking of proactive maintenance and projects in various hospitals within the Oxfordshire area.
Ridge was appointed by Scion Technical Services Ltd to prepare the accounts for submission and agreement with the Oxford Health Trust.
The value of the mechanical and electrical accounts ranged from £500 to £1.5m, which were all measured using the PSA Schedule of Rates.
Our services included:
- Preparing budget estimates based on drawings, site visits and priced using the SoR
- Preparing fixed price quotes based on scope, drawings, site visit and priced using the SoR
- Re-measuring the works as progress is made on site to provide accurate costing to the contractor and end client
- Agreement of Final accounts with end client
