To continue creating a better place for staff to work, our Birmingham office celebrated with their new office opening party last night. It was great to see colleagues, clients, friends, and their chosen charity join for an evening to celebrate.

In addition to celebrating their office move, their chosen charity Molly Olly’s, joined them and raised over £640 with a darts challenge.

Rachel from the charity said:

Thank you to the Birmingham office and team for inviting us to participate in the celebrations. We were thrilled to be a part of the evening and were able to raise awareness of Molly Olly’s and have conversations around future fundraising opportunities with Ridge.

Whilst we had a professional photographer to take photos of the evening, we extended the invite to students from Solihull College to obtain work experience to build upon their skills and be a part of the event. The students got hands-on experience to see what a future career could look like in their industry.

The evening was a great success, and seeing people enjoying the new space was terrific. The Birmingham team have settled into the new office, which supports them with the ability to grow, the use of agile collaboration spaces and ensure staff wellbeing.
