Multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy Ridge has announced the appointment of Keir Dixon as new Project Management Partner in their Cambridge office. With over 20 years of professional experience, Keir brings a wealth of knowledge and Project Management expertise to the Cambridge office.

Keir joins Ridge from Savills (UK) Ltd, Building and Project Consultancy, where he was a Director. During his time Keir predominately worked in the Education sector, in particular colleges, as this demands a high standard of both design and build quality. Keir has worked and is working on several complex and exciting schemes including a number of large scale Passivhaus developments, high end signature architect designed Carbon Zero schemes & heavy refurbishment and vertical extensions city centre listed Buildings. All demanding a high level of both design and quality management.

To meet client needs Keir prides himself on being innovative, creative, and collaborative with both colleagues and clients to deliver quality to his projects. He enjoys any project which is constrained, complex or demands a high attention to detail.

In his new role at Ridge, Keir will be developing and leading the Cambridge Project Management team. Keir’s focus is to grow the wider divisions, establish an office space where the Cambridge team can build on the great success that has occurred over the last 18 months.
