Ridge has been ranked number 37 in this year’s Architects’ Journal AJ100 – the authoritative annual ranking of the UK’s largest architectural practices.

This recognition reflects the continued growth and impact of our architecture team across the country.

The AJ100 also highlighted Ridge as one of only a handful of practices bucking a sector-wide trend in the makeup of architectural teams. While the number of Part 1 and Part 2 assistants across the AJ100 has declined to 17.4% of the total UK architectural workforce, Ridge stands out with 36% of our architectural staff at these early career stages – among the highest in the list.

This speaks to our strong focus on nurturing the next generation of architects, ensuring we provide meaningful development opportunities, mentorship, and progression for emerging talent within the profession.
