Ridge provided Cost Management services for the £4 million refurbishment of Bromley High Junior School for the Girls’ Day School Trust.
Supporting the design team, project manager, school stakeholders and client representatives, we kept the project on target and within scope, from budget estimates to the final account. The refurbishment included a new library, ICT suite, upgraded classrooms and offices, and new external areas for student enjoyment.
The project is regarded as a success story by the school and the Girls’ Day School Trust.
