Ridge was instructed by the client to provide Project Manager services for the construction of two units and Section 278 works forming a new roundabout at Skyline Drive, Warrington.

Phase 1 of the works saw the completion of Units 1 and 2 at the scheme. Unit 1 has GIA of 308,000 sq ft with HGV parking for 39 vehicles, 30 dock levellers, 3 level access doors, 289 car parking spaces, two floors of CAT A office space, transport office space, and a gatehouse to the unit entrance. Unit 2 comprises of 203,000 sq ft with HGV parking for 39 vehicles, 30 dock levellers, 3 level access doors, 289 car parking spaces, two floors of CAT A office space, and a gatehouse to the unit entrance. The first phase also saw the formation of a new roundabout to Skyline Drive and extension works to Fairchild Road. Phase 1 of the works were successfully completed in January 2021, with works transitioning in to phase 2 thereafter.

Phase 2 of the works has seen the delivery of a further 225,00 sq ft unit, Unit 3, with HGV parking for 45 vehicles, 22 dock levellers, 4 level access doors, 214 car parking spaces, two floors of CAT A office space, and a gatehouse to the unit entrance.
