Creating a world-class motorsport campus
Since acquiring its Formula One team in 2005 from Jaguar F1, Red Bull Racing has transformed its Milton Keynes base from two industrial units into one of the most advanced motorsport campuses in the world. Driven by continual innovation, the team set out to evolve its headquarters to meet the demands of championship-winning performance, from aerodynamic research and composite manufacturing to a new powertrains division, which will see Red Bull design and build its own F1 engines for the first time. The goal: an integrated, high-performance environment that matches Red Bull’s relentless pursuit of excellence on the track.

OUR RESPONSE
Engineering innovation, at pace
We have worked on the site since its earliest days in 1997, delivering every major development from the team’s first facility to the latest generation of powertrain buildings. Our multidisciplinary team – including Architecture, Project Management, Cost Management, Structural and Civil Engineering, Health and Safety and Sustainability – have shaped the evolving campus with an emphasis on speed, precision and collaboration.

We’ve supported Red Bull through major milestones: consolidating multiple facilities into a unified campus, most recently designing and delivering three highly technical Powertrain buildings in just three years and managing complex projects such as the “stopping-up” of a public highway to create a secure, connected site. Every project demanded intricate coordination, maintaining 24/7 operations while meeting uncompromising performance standards.

THE RESULT
A fully integrated Formula One headquarters
Today, the Red Bull campus is a world-leading hub for design, manufacturing, testing and innovation. The site now includes specialist facilities such as a wind tunnel, R&D Test Centres, advanced manufacturing and assembly workshops, fitness and wellbeing spaces, restaurant and a dedicated powertrains complex – all supporting the team’s engineering excellence and operational efficiency.
