  The Industrial and Logistics market is ever-changing, challenged by increasing land prices and sustainability targets. Our teams deliver speculative and pre-let units, in all sizes, for repeat clients and individual commissions.

  As part of the overall aim to reduce carbon emissions, we are closely involved in refurbishing and regenerating existing buildings to reduce materials and maximise under-used existing stock.

• Tenant Enhancements / CAT A / CAT B Fit Out+-

  We play an integral part in many of our schemes, supporting the developer to engage with the end user.

  This results in a detailed understanding of the tenant’s business and the fit out required to support its delivery. Our experienced Ridge teams assist with negotiations between landlord and tenant in order to agree the most efficient way to complete the fit out works and the best way to integrate them into the base build.
