Without exception, our clients select partners who can deliver high quality projects in challenging timescales. They need teams with stacks of relevant experience, a deep understanding of the Department of Education’s requirements and the ability and desire to perform at the highest level.
We put people first
Our architects and engineers design and deliver new build and refurbished school facilities that are safe, comfortable, healthy, adaptable and sustainable. However, our aspirations go far beyond that. We believe in delivering the best possible, fully inclusive experience to meet every learning style and range of needs. Working with limited funding is second nature, so we steer decisions towards small wins today that can be developed in the future.
We unlock funding for growth
Funding is a school’s lifeblood. Our decades of knowledge and cross-discipline expertise helps solve funding and budgeting challenges. We maximise the use and value of schools’ resources and facilities by minimising costs and making the most of limited budgets. However complex the financial and funding requirements, we work with our clients to deliver a successful conclusion.
We deliver sustainability with certainty
Sustainability and environmental responsibility are integral to the wellbeing of school users, necessary to meet government targets and essential for an efficient operation. But the journey to achieving a Net Zero Carbon school is complex. Our engineers, surveyors and architects are well-versed in solving the inherent challenges, future-proofing every space, hitting Net Zero targets and treating sustainable, energy efficiency as a top priority.
National expertise, local dedication
We bring together the right skills at the right time, giving the schools we work with access to a wide range of integrated expertise and professional disciplines.
Among others, this includes Cost and Project Management, Architecture, Design and Engineering, Building Surveying, Sustainability and Principal Design.
