The client, Audley Retirement, is a market leader in the provision of a new concept in retirement living within the UK; the luxury retirement village. Ridge has been involved in the development of eight Audley village locations.

The scope of works involves:

• The regeneration of existing properties, often listed, to provide luxury apartments and communal facilities
• The construction of new apartment blocks and refurbishment/ conversion of existing ancillary buildings to form apartments and cottages
• The provision of the exclusive Audley Club within the main building which includes bar, restaurant, library, laundry, fitness suite, beauty salon and swimming pool
