This Framework is a government and public sector-wide procurement vehicle widely used by defence and security departments to procure construction projects in the UK and overseas.

The overall value of this four-year framework agreement is expected to exceed £2 billion and is the national framework of choice for Government and the Wider Public Sector across the UK.

Key stakeholders include organisations within Ministry of Defence, Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), Central Government, the Nuclear Industry, Education, Local Government, Devolved Administration, and the Health Sector. CCS is an Executive Agency of the Cabinet Office, supporting the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services.

Ridge is one of twenty suppliers on Lot 1: Built Environment, fourteen suppliers on Lot 2: Urban Regeneration, seven suppliers on Lot 3: International, and eleven suppliers on Lot 5: Defence.
