Mulberry Park was formally an MoD site. It has been redeveloped by Curo Enterprise, a commercial developer and subsidiary of Curo Homes, a not-for-profit housing and support organisation.
Delivery of the Community Hub was a Section 106 planning obligation, which formed part of a wider development scheme to regenerate the Foxhill area of Bath and provide 700 new homes.
Ridge was appointed at the consultation stage when Curo had completed demolition works.
Ridge selected the design team and, in consultation with local residents and stakeholders, prepared the brief.
Providing project management and cost management services, Ridge managed the design process through planning, procurement and contractor selection and through construction.
